Well, my offer still stands if you ever need a guide, but I'll admit that exploration can be much more fun.

I'm afraid that I don't really know much about time travel, though. I would suggest talking to Madam Pince about it. I think she probably knows every book there is in the library, and then some. I'm sorry that I can't be of any better help, I've just never really thought much about the subject.

Thank you. I agree--I love exploring, especially the library.

I'm Muggle-born, and one of the things about magic that still surprises me is time travel. I've always wondered what it would be like to meet my parents when they were my age--or to meet a future child. ~~It's not as much fun as I thought it'd be.~~

Madam Pince probably knows a good book. I did some...searching in the library today while waiting for a friend, and there seems to be a wide variety available.

You mentioned you're a sixth year. Just curious...what courses do you take?

Dear Hermione,

It's pretty amazing what kinds of books you can find, exploring in the library. I found a really amazing book of charms in my third year.

I never really thought about time travel that way, I guess. The most I've ever thought about it has been wondering what would happen if someone went back in time and changed the past, like in books. It just never seemed that interesting to me, but I think it would be interesting to meet my parents when they were my age, or to meet a future son or daughter of mine. Just to ask what it's like to be a teenager in that era.

I'm planning to become a Healer, so I'm taking all the classes that are necessary for that career: Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Potions, and Transfiguration.

~~Well, he's here.~~ Yes, meeting a future child would be interesting. ~~I'm trying to change the past right now, actually, and it's pretty difficult.~~ But...I don't think trying to change the past would be much fun.

I'd be happy to show you around the castle, or help you find your classes. The castle can be really confusing if you're not used to it. I'm sure that Frank, my boyfriend, would be happy to help, too, especially since you'll be rooming with him.

Dear Neville,

That's good. The castle does seem rather homey after a while. Especially the Gryffindor common room. One of my favourite things to do on a cold winter day is to curl up in a comfy chair in the common room, near the fire, with my kitten and a good book. ~~And with Frank, too~~

Anyway, I'll gladly show you around Hogwarts when I get back. Though I'm sure you're not that forgetful. You should give yourself more credit! But I'm happy to provide any help that I can.
